JAB WE MET enters strongly into second week

Ever since the day of its release JAB WE MET has only grown from strength to strength. If Friday was good, Saturday was very good and Sunday was excellent. Not just the weekend, the film has performed exceedingly well (at places beyond expectations) as the dreaded Monday too didn't suffer any slowdown with consistent collections being the order of the day.
Looking at heavy footfalls for this Shahid-Kareena starrer, majority of distributors and exhibitors are retaining a major count of prints with large number of shows even for in the second week. While for most movies, the print count falls by at least 30-40%, in case of JAB WE MET, prints are instead being increased at numerous centers.
The film continues to have a great run not just in India but even overseas. The film has been having a golden run in UK which has resulted in good confidence being shown in the movie for second week in the running. Says Tanuj Garg, Head - UK & Europe, Studio 18, "JAB WE MET is being held over at all the cinemas in the second week. In fact, we are adding a print!"
