Bollywood has many real life tales on how close friends become strangers over a period of time. And according to reports STRANGERS, directed by debutante Anand Rai, recently had fallout with actor Irrfan Khan over the same. The report adds that incidentally Anand Rai and Irrfan Khan’s friendship goes back to their television days together. So when director Anand decided to make his debut film, he had approached buddy Irrfan Khan for the role. And Irrfan readily agreed to do the film.
But trouble soon brewed, when Irrfan demanded changes in the script, which he had earlier agreed upon, which was not acceptable to the director, since he had a bound script. Apparently Irrfan always knew the exact storyline, before he agreed to do the film. But according to sources, relationships take a backseat, when your career takes off, especially internationally. The source adds the film is aptly titled STRANGERS
Incidentally Sahara One Motion Pictures were so impressed by the film STRANGERS that they will be presenting the film.
STRANGERS is slated for release on December 7th.
