It's raining Anand Raaj Anand.
After creating some impressive tunes in an ensemble soundtrack for DUS KAHANIYAAN, he was heard very recently in WELCOME. Barely has the album arrived on stands that Anand Raaj Anand can be not just heard but also seen on music channels. This is for his soulful track 'Bhula Diya' which he composed for DUS KAHANIYAAN.
Sanjay Gupta continues to make music videos for his big film which releases on 7th December all over and 'Bhula Diya' is yet another number from the film to arrive. Shot in what looks like a worn down factory, the promotional music video of 'Bhula Diya' features only Anand Raaj Anand sans any props, foreign models or high-on-technique camera angles.
A simple yet impressively shot video, its picturisation is truly in synch with the genre of the song. Ibrahim Ashq's lyrics are sheer poetry as they delve into a different terrain and make even a sad track entertaining. While there is a distinct Anand Raaj Anand stamp on the song, what impresses most is the composer's rendition which is quite balanced and controlled!
