IT'S OFFICIAL - Aamir Khan makes his directorial debut

 Putting all rumors, speculations, grapevine, gossips and idle talks to rest, it is now finally out in open that Aamir Khan would be making his directorial debut with TAARE ZAMEEN PAR.
The film's first poster is out and it clearly mentions Aamir Khan as the producer and the director of the film with Amole Gupte (the original choice as a director who also shot for some portions of the film) as a writer and 'creative director'. Also, Deepa Bhatia has been credited for concept, research and editing of the film.
With this publicity material bringing things in black and white, Aamir Khan should now be able to silence all the voices that were going back and forth between regarding the film being Aamir Khan's debut directorial venture.
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR is co-produced by Ajay Bijli and Sanjeev Bijli of PVR PICTURES. While Prasoon Joshi has written the lyrics, Shankar Ehsaan Loy are the men behind the compositions.
The film is aiming for a 21st December release.
