A WEDNESDAY creates a stir

While all eyes are now set on two biggies to follow - SINGH IS KINNG and BACHNA AE HASEENO - there are all indications that a small film may just go on to surprise many in a few weeks from now. We are talking about A WEDNESDAY, a film which has been completed for a little while now but has been (rightly) waiting for a good market placement and release time.
The film's first look has been unveiled and if those 2 minutes are any indications, UTV MOTION PICTURES, the banner under which A WEDNESDAY arrives, has yet another winner in its hands.
A thriller which is produced by Anjum Rizvi Film Company and A Friday Filmworks, A WEDNESDAY tells the story of a particular Wednesday when the central protagonist (played by Naseeruddin Shah) plants bombs in various parts of Mumbai and challenges the Police Department (represented by Anupam Kher and Jimmy Sheirgill) to find them all.
A cat and mouse game begins and what follows is a gripping 2 hours tale which takes a viewer through the times and turmoil of men on different sides of law trying to outwit each other. Also starring Rajpal Yadav, Aamir Bashir, Deepal Shaw and Gaurav Kapoor, the film is directed by newcomer Neeraj Pandey and has been confirmed for a 5th September release.
