4 years back Neha Dhupia had made a big splash when she came up with a stunning and holds-no-bar uninhibited performance in JULIE. It was just her second film after a successful QAYAMAT and the box office performance of JULIE, which in fact killed ASAMBHAV (Arjun Rampal, Priyanka Chopra) that released on the same day, meant that Neha Dhupia would be there to stay.
Over the years Neha did experiment with different roles and gained critical acclaim with films like EK CHALIS KI LAST LOCAL, MITHYA, DUS KAHANIYAAN and CHUP CHUP KE. However, she would now be seen as 'Julie' yet again in a few more weeks from now.
No, it isn't the sequel of JULIE which is being planned. We are instead talking about SINGH IS KINNG where Neha plays an important role. Though this Anees Bazmee film is being known most for the Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, the fact remains that it is in fact a multi starrer that also features Neha Dhupia along with Sonu Sood, Ranvir Shorey, Javed Jaffrey and Sudhanshu Pandey.
Neha's character in the film is called 'Julie' and one looks forward to see if she indeed revisits the same character that made her a household name a few years back.
