Shekhar Kapoor: The new cry baby of small screen

| He might be known for his uber cool status in Hollywood. Being in the league of the Oscar nominees, it becomes a sour sight at times to see him crying on the small screen. Yes, we are talking about none other than the maverick filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor.
Kapoor, who's one of the judge's on the reality TV show INDIA''S GOT TALENT, has found an interesting way of keeping the audiences glued to the show. Many a times, the acclaimed filmmaker has been taken over by emotions during the show which has now started to become a regular part of his judging process.
Recently, Kapoor cried buckets when he was moved by a performance on the show. The filmmaker defends such emotional outbursts by saying, ''I get touched by anything that has an emotional connect. When the contestants show such zeal in their performance it is bound to make you emotional to a certain degree. I'm not immune to such feelings,'' he quips.
Apart from the reality show, Shekhar Kapoor is also working on his most ambitious project PAANI. It might be sometime before we see the filmmaker don the director's hat once again. Till then it's the idiot box that will keep him entertained.
