After working with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan (ASOKA) and Abhishek Bachchan (SHARARAT), Hrishita Bhatt, worked in a number of films, mostly as second lead and at times just featured in dance numbers. However being an actress who believes in doing performance oriented films, Hrishita is very happy these days. And the reason behind her happiness stems from the fact that she has worked in a good project after a long time. And that is Varun Khanna's BAD LUCK GOVIND.
Says Hrishita humorously, "When I was offered BAD LUCK GOVIND, I immediately knew that it was good luck all the way." She goes on to add that once she had read the bound script of BLG she knew that it was a good film, a different one in the real sense, and that is why she immediately agreed to the offer.
Well, we are sure that BAD LUCK GOVIND will prove to be Hrishita's lucky charm, especially after stand out performances in her previous films, where she held her own against the likes of Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan.
