Tanushree Dutta on her first Tamil film

Tanushree Dutta is happy with the new phase of her career. While she is content with the fresh set of films that she has done off late, she is also heading southwards and picking the best of the assignments coming her way. She has already begun work on her first ever Tamil film which is titled THEERADHA VILAIYATTU PILLAI - a romantic comedy.

"I have already shot for one schedule of the film. I am paired opposite Vishal who is the current heart throb down South", exclaims Tanushree who is quite positive about the direction that her career has taken, "I feel that things are pretty much doing great for me. From the days of AASHIQ BANAYA AAPNE and CHOCOLATE, my life has come one full circle. I have great conviction in movies like these along with ROKK and APARTMENT. These are certainly far better projects than the one which were being offered to be me earlier."
How about the films that did she did but were unsuccessful at the box office?
"I don't deny the fact that I shouldn't have signed at least a couple of films. One example I can state is this film called ROKDA which actually never saw the light of the day", she rues, "Experiences like these made me sort out my thought process and begin with a fresh lot of movies. This is why I have intentionally slowed my pace down. Now I sign only those films about which I am 200% positive that they would work out well."
