One of the outstanding features of the promos of Sanjay Gupta's ACID FACTORY is the setting, and the reason is that director Suparn Verma did not want to shoot the film in any ordinary available factory, rather he preferred to build one.
CHECK OUT: DIA MIRZA Interview
Says Suparn, ''I went all the way to South Africa to study the layout of an acid factory, both the exteriors and the interiors. We then built an entire set in Ramoji Rao Studio. The reason being that acid factory is one of the most important components of the film. Actually, the audience (and myself) have got fed up of seeing the same factory set-up in films - desolate looks, ropes hanging from pulleys, lathe machines etc etc. What makes us happy is that the set looked so realistic that people used to visit Ramoji Rao Studio to see it, and I could not help it. Sixty per cent of the film has been shot there. It's almost like one of the cast members of the film. One can almost feel it hiss!''
Some dedication that Suparn! Hard work always pays and we are sure that you will surely be rewarded when the film releases on 2nd October, Gandhi Jayanti
