Badass Ravi Kumar, one of February 2025’s biggest releases, has completed its first week at the box office. Led by Himesh Reshammiya and Kirti Kulhari, the film was released on February 7, clashing with the Sanam Teri Kasam re-release and Loveyapa. Despite facing stiff competition, the film has maintained a low but steady theatrical run and is now set to cross ₹8 crore on its second Friday.
Box Office Performance & Recovery
Though Badass Ravi Kumar may not be a blockbuster, it is already a profitable venture for Himesh Reshammiya Musicals. The film has recovered its budget through non-theatrical revenue streams, including satellite rights, digital platforms, music, and ticket sales. Any additional earnings from its theatrical run will be an added bonus.

The retro parody and action-spoof genre of Badass Ravi Kumar attracted attention upon release, but it couldn’t translate into a major box office success.
Himesh Reshammiya’s Acting Comeback
The film marks Himesh Reshammiya’s return as an actor after five years, following his 2020 film Happy Hardy and Heer. Directed by Keith Gomes, Badass Ravi Kumar gained buzz with its unique style, but its box office journey remains modest yet profitable.
