The rise came after the makers offered discounted ticket prices, which helped bring more audiences to theatres.
Interestingly, the film also recorded the biggest number of footfalls in a single day during its run. This shows that the strong Tuesday collection was not only about ticket prices but also about more people turning up to watch the film. The film has continued to find an audience even after several weeks in theatres.
Another interesting development is the film’s performance compared with Toxic in Hindi. Hanuman Ansh is now recording higher daily collections than the Yash starrer in Hindi.
