Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were recently spotted together in London during what appeared to be a quiet family outing. Photos of the actress and former Indian cricket captain have surfaced online, offering fans a rare glimpse of the couple as they spent time together away from the spotlight.
Virat and Anushka were photographed on the streets of London on Tuesday morning. Kohli kept his look casual, wearing a green sweatshirt with jeans, while Anushka was seen in grey leggings, a white T shirt, a jacket and a cap.
In one of the photos, the couple can be seen speaking with a woman. Virat was holding a pram, while Anushka appeared to be smiling during the conversation. The stroller is believed to belong to their son Akaay, although the toddler could not be seen in the photographs.
Posts shared by fan accounts claimed that the couple were photographed outside Akaay’s day nursery. Anushka and Virat have consistently kept their children, daughter Vamika and son Akaay, away from public attention. They have also previously asked photographers and fans to respect their family’s privacy.
The latest London sighting comes a few weeks after Anushka and Virat were photographed together in Delhi. In recent months, the couple have also visited several spiritual places, including Neem Karoli Baba’s ashram at Kainchi Dham in Nainital and his ashram in Vrindavan.
Anushka and Virat married in an intimate ceremony in Italy in December 2017. They welcomed their daughter Vamika in 2021 and their son Akaay in 2024.
Their connection with London has previously been discussed by Dr Sriram Nene, husband of Madhuri Dixit. During a conversation with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, Dr Nene recalled meeting Virat and said he had “a lot of respect” for the cricketer, calling him “just a decent human being”.
He also recalled speaking with Anushka about the couple’s plans to move to London. According to him, the constant attention around their lives in India made it difficult for them to enjoy their success and have a normal family life. He said they wanted their children to have more privacy and grow up away from intense public scrutiny.

Anushka has largely stayed away from the big screen since Zero, which released in 2018. She did complete work on Chakda Xpress, in which she plays former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
In February this year, director Prosit Roy spoke about his disappointment over the film’s situation. “Till today, the handful who saw the film during post keep telling me how much it stayed with them. That’s the real tragedy- it never got to reach everyone it was made for. We gave this film everything we had. Sadly, the system didn’t give it the chance it deserved,” he wrote.
The shoot of Chakda Xpress was completed in 2022, but the film still does not have an announced release date.
