A Much-Awaited Celebration
February 7, 2025, was a special day for Priyanka Chopra and her family as her brother, Siddharth Chopra, got married to Neelam Upadhyaya. The wedding was full of love, laughter, and heartwarming moments, making it a grand yet intimate affair.

Priyanka’s Heartfelt Moments
A viral video captured Priyanka Chopra walking her brother down the aisle, a touching moment that showcased their close bond. She also welcomed her bhabhi, Neelam, with a warm hug and even warded off evil (nazar) in a traditional Indian style. Priyanka’s husband, Nick Jonas, took his jiju duties seriously, assisting with the varmala ceremony and celebrating alongside the family.
While Priyanka and Nick were partying hard, they also did take some time to greet all the guests that were here, from Nita Ambani and Shloka Mehta, it was really quite a nice scenario. The Bollywood actress, Parineeti Chopra who missed the pre-wedding functions because of work, has joined in to celebrate along with her politician husband Raghav Chadha.
Three days before the wedding, Priyanka went on Instagram Stories with behind-the-scenes glimpses from wedding preparations. She uploaded a series of glimpses with moments of sangeet rehearsals, family jam sessions, and decor arrangements. With great excitement, she wrote:
“Shaadi ka ghar.!! and it begins tomorrow. Mere bhai ki shaadi @siddharthchopra89 with @neelamupadhyaya !! Sangeet practice to fam jams. So good to be home—my heart is full, and so is my schedule. Who said a wedding is easy? No one … but is it fun? Absolutely! Looking forward to the next few days.
And finally, it had turned into an unforgettable family occasion with happiness and excitement all over the place-the beginning of new life for Siddharth and Neelam.
