While nerdy Arjun aka Krish Malhotra is accompanied by his Punjabi parents Ronit Roy and Amrita Singh, Alia Bhatt aka Ananya Swaminathan looking gorgeous in her traditional attire, has mother Revathy and father Ankit Chitral for familial company.
Directed by Abhishek Varman and jointly produced by Dharma Productions & Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, 2 STATES is based on the 2009 novel of the same name written by Chetan Bhagat. The film is a North-South love story and tackles the subsequent cultural clashes between the two families that ensue.
2 STATES releases on April 18, 2014.
