Just a day before the event, the actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport donning a relaxed yet stylish blue-on-blue outfit. While fans speculated about her travel plans, it’s now confirmed that Kareena was flying out to attend the glamorous celebration where she left the audience in awe with her performance.

The actress and her family are slowly returning to normalcy after the knife attack on her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, that took place in January. As per a recent report by Free Press Journal, the Bandra Police have filed a chargesheet regarding the incident, and Kareena’s detailed statement reveals chilling insights.

According to Kareena, she had returned home around 1:20 AM after a work meeting at Rhea Kapoor’s residence. Just as she was preparing to sleep, Jeh’s nanny rushed in, warning that an intruder with a knife had entered the house demanding money. Kareena and Saif immediately ran to their son Jeh’s room, where they found the man dressed in a black T-shirt standing dangerously close to the child.

In a moment of chaos and bravery, Saif confronted the attacker, who then slashed him. Kareena acted quickly, instructing the nanny to take Jeh out of the room and escaping with them to the building’s 12th floor. Moments later, Saif joined them, covered in blood. Kareena urged him to abandon any thoughts of confronting the intruder again and instead rushed him to the hospital, telling him, “Yeh sab chhod do, neeche chalo, hospital jaate hain.”
