Actor Faisal Khan, a brother of Bollywood star Aamir Khan, shocked everyone with revelations in a recent press conference that he has totally severed all connections with his family. The actor expressed heartfelt thoughts on his troubled relationships, which he described as the greatest source of individual suffering and turmoil.

Inspired by Animal
Faisal likened himself to the story of Ranbir Kapoor’s blockbuster film Animal, which was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He appreciated the raw and emotional depiction of complex family relationships in the movie. “I salute Sandeep Reddy Vanga — he depicted today’s relationships so beautifully,” Faisal said, referring to the elder sister and brother-in-law characters in the movie. He went on, “I could identify with the movie so much because the same thing is happening to me too.”

As per Faisal, the portrayal of family disputes in Animal eerily resembles the manner in which his own family members have treated him, especially his sister and brother-in-law. He admitted to having seen the film several times and has found something to relate to in its story.

Accusations Against Family Members
Faisal directly blamed his mother Zeenat Hussain, sister Nikhat Khan, and brother-in-law Santosh Hegde for putting him through emotional struggle and family politics. Although tension between Faisal and Aamir Khan previously existed, his recent remarks illuminated the extent of his estrangement within his family.

Faisal’s honest words show a man who is struggling with deep emotional scars, employing film as a mirror to reflect his situation.
