Hardik Pandya recently played a key role in India’s victory at the T20 World Cup, where they defeated South Africa by seven runs in the final in Barbados. Pandya’s all-around performance was crucial, as he accumulated 144 runs and took 11 wickets throughout the tournament. This success followed a challenging IPL season with the Mumbai Indians (MI), where the team finished tenth, and Pandya, as the newly appointed captain, faced criticism. Despite MI’s poor performance, Pandya managed to score 216 runs and take 11 wickets in 14 matches.
In the T20 World Cup final on June 29, Pandya’s 3/20 bowling figures and a crucial last over, where he defended 16 runs, secured India’s second T20 World Cup title. His unbeaten fifty against Bangladesh in the Super 8 stage also contributed significantly to India’s campaign. These performances helped him rise in the ICC T20I rankings, making him the No. 1 all-rounder in the shortest format, a first for an Indian player.

Anant Ambani’s wedding ceremony was a star-studded affair, attended by numerous Bollywood celebrities and several Hollywood elites in Mumbai. Hardik Pandya, who was present at the event, recently played a pivotal role in Team India’s historic T20 World Cup win over South Africa in Barbados on July 11. Prior to this tournament, Pandya led the Mumbai Indians in the 2024 IPL season.
Recently, there have been reports in the media about Hardik Pandya’s possible divorce from Natasa Stankovic. Despite these personal challenges, Pandya continues to focus on his cricketing career.
