The Hindi cinema addicts will recall Rekha’s amazing work in the original KHOOBSURAT of the 80s, the remake of which features Sonam Kapoor who reprises the veteran actress’s role.

When we caught up with the leading star of SUPER NANI, the handsome and talented Sharman Joshi to get his reaction, he told us, “You know this is the strangeness of life. I still remember films like KHOOBSURAT and MR.NATWARLAL (featuring Rekhaji), brought warmth in my life. It is indeed a pleasant coincidence that she led from the front in KHOOBSURAT and MR.NATWARLAL and does the same in SUPER NANI. Really life can throw up amazing coincidences.”
