Despite being surrounded by his security team, fans were seen running towards him, screaming his name in excitement.
In one clip, a female fan rushed toward Shah Rukh and pushed through his security, causing the actor to briefly lose his balance. However, he maintained his calm, waved at his fans, and continued to the airport. Fans reacted to the video online, with one calling him “the real star of the Indian film industry,” while others expressed concern about the fan’s behavior, noting the need for stronger security around the actor.

Shah Rukh will play a prominent role at the IIFA event, which takes place from September 27 to September 29 in Abu Dhabi. The event kicks off with IIFA Utsavam, celebrating southern film industries. On the second day, Shah Rukh will co-host the main IIFA Awards night alongside Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar. The evening will feature performances by Rekha, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, and musical performances by Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
Beyond IIFA, Shah Rukh Khan is set to appear in the film King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, which also reportedly features his daughter, Suhana Khan. Additionally, Shah Rukh will lend his voice to the Hindi version of *Mufasa: The Lion King*, which is set for release in India on December 20.
