Sinha explained that his hospital visit was merely for an annual routine full-body checkup, which he recommends for everyone over 60. He pointed out that his extensive election campaigning over the past three months, combined with his daughter’s recent wedding, had taken a toll on his energy levels. “I’m no longer that hot-blooded energy-driven young man who could do three shifts a day and still have the energy to party all night. I need to slow down,” he said in an interview with Times Now/Zoom.
Reflecting on his daughter’s wedding, Sinha expressed his happiness and gratitude. “It all went off well. Thanks to the Almighty, my daughter is happily married now. As for the naysayers who are not happy, I have nothing to say to them.” He also thanked everyone for their warm wishes and love on social media.
