Kanye West has handed over significant legal authority to his wife, Bianca Censori, as he continues to battle a growing list of lawsuits. According to InTouch Weekly, Kanye has granted Bianca power of attorney, allowing her to handle business decisions on his behalf. The move follows the couple’s recent reconciliation, after a period of tension during which Kanye even referenced their fallout in a rap. They were recently spotted vacationing in Spain, signaling a united front.
Controversies Continue to Spiral
Despite the personal truce, Kanye’s legal troubles remain intense. He is currently facing nearly a dozen lawsuits from former Yeezy employees alleging racism, abuse, antisemitism, and inappropriate conduct. One key case is from Benjamin Provo, a former security guard at Donda Academy, who accuses Kanye of racial discrimination and wrongful termination. Provo’s complaint alleges Ye was polite to white staff but disrespectful to Black employees.
Court documents reveal that Kanye’s team has acknowledged Bianca’s power of attorney through a document titled “Designation of Agency.” However, they are withholding it pending a protective order. Kanye’s lawyer argues the document is confidential and should remain sealed unless ordered otherwise by the court.
Delayed Documents and Rising Tensions
Provo’s legal team has pushed back, demanding the document be produced since Kanye raised the issue himself. They claim multiple document requests made last year have gone unanswered, and have asked the court to fine West $2,610 for delays.

Kanye’s legal battles have also led to frequent changes in his representation. His current lawyer, Eduardo Martorell, insists Kanye’s actions were taken in “good faith” for legitimate business purposes.
With multiple lawsuits, former staff and models accusing him of misconduct, and erratic social media behavior, Kanye’s controversies show no signs of slowing down.
