Kanye West is once again in the spotlight after a bizarre livestream in which he emotionally vented about not being able to see his children. The 47-year-old rapper, who shares four kids North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5)—with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, appeared on camera with his face fully covered in a black mask, making his words difficult to understand. Despite the muffled delivery, his frustration was evident as he discussed his ongoing custody issues.
“I’mma Go Get These Kids”
In a video reposted by Hollywood Unlocked on April 30, Kanye could be heard shouting, “[DJ] Akademiks put that battery in my back, bro… I’mma go get these kids, man!” The Praise God rapper continued, “F–k all these f–k n s I’mma go get these kids, bro… I got to get used to not seeing my kids.” His erratic tone and language sparked widespread concern on social media, with many users urging Kim to protect their children. One comment read, “Kim keep your babies safe!” while another said, “I wouldn’t let him see the kids either acting like this.”

Ongoing Battle with the Kardashians
This is not the first time Kanye has gone public with his frustrations. In March, he accused Kim, along with the “Kardashian Mob,” Disney, and Hulu, of limiting his parenting rights. In a now-deleted post on X, he wrote, “I don’t want to just ‘see’ my kids I need to raise them.” He also expressed anger over decisions involving their education and lifestyle choices, claiming he’s been stripped of his parental rights.
As the drama unfolds, fans remain divided some sympathize with Kanye’s pain, while others question his approach.
