With the advance bookings set to shatter every record ever made, there has been a huge thirst in North America for Pushpa 2: The Rule and this has sent Allu Arjun’s film to new heights as the pre-sales are significantly greater than the first part Pushpa: The Rise and it is premiering on December 5.
The pre-sales for the sequel have already stood at $415,000 just for the North American premieres and is still scheduled to air at a total of 715 Korean sites in 2,750 regions. This is an improvement on the $400,000 pre-sales first film had during the pandemic debut that the first film achieved during its pandemic debut.
In India, the film is trending in the first position for searches on BookMyShow search tickets. Business has already crossed ₹425 crore from sale of pre-release rights, he said ahead of the release producer of Mythri Movies Ravi Shankar.
Allu Arjun is set to return once more to the franchise as Pushpa Raj, with Rashmika Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil taking over as the primary villain, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekawat.
It’s action and drama at its best and the movie also includes all the popular characters with Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil being part of the proceedings. The film has been directed by Sukumar and it is set to release in a variety of languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Bengali, making it a cross Indian entertainment experience.
Chhaava starring is the film that will be competing at the box office with the movie.
