However, after its initial success, the box office collections began to decline from Monday, October 14, onwards. As per early estimates reported by Sacnilk, the Tamil action-drama collected ₹4.25 crore on Tuesday, October 15.

Plot Overview:
The film revolves around an investigation into a series of brutal serial killings, with Rajinikanth portraying an encounter-specialist police officer determined to catch the mastermind behind these crimes, which target women. Amitabh Bachchan plays Sathyadev, a principled court judge, creating a conflict between the ideologies of law enforcement and justice. Rajinikanth’s character justifies his violent approach, while Amitabh’s judge opposes it, believing in due process. The film explores social issues beyond police encounters, including justice and accountability.
