ZEE5 has officially dropped the intense and gritty trailer for its highly anticipated original film, “Costao,” starring Nawazuddin Siddiquiin a never-seen-before avatar. Set against the criminal underbelly of 1990s Goa, the film tells the story of Costao Fernandes, a fearless and unconventional customs officer who goes head-to-head with a corrupt empire built on smuggling and fear.
Directed by debutant Sejal Shah, the film promises an edge-of-the-seat experience and will premiere exclusively on ZEE5 on May 1, 2025. Alongside Nawazuddin, the film features an ensemble cast including Priya Bapat, Kishore Kumar G, Gagan Dev Riar, and Hussain Dalal.
