Patrick Schwarzenegger’s shocking revelation! Had no idea about Incest scene in ‘The White Lotus’

Patrick Schwarzenegger, who appears in the third season of The White Lotus, has recently discussed an on-screen intimate scene in the sixth episode that has created a lot of buzz. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, he explained how thrilled he was to act out the infamous scene, where his character Lochlan became entangled in an unexpected three-way experience with Chloe (played by actress Lucia). Though initially not privy to the entire plot of the story, Schwarzenegger was thankful for the experience and thrilled with the effect of the scene.

The Scene That Captivated Audiences

During the episode, hungover Chloe and Lochlan get themselves into an unplanned and active s*x situation. The situation is turned upside down when Chloe and Saxon, another character, are involved, and a surprising three-way scene ensues. At the morning after, Saxon wakes up in dismay upon hearing what happened, which creates a touch of complexity and comedy to the scene.

Schwarzenegger’s Take on the Scene

Schwarzenegger referred to the experience as “surreal,” particularly because, when he went in for the audition, he had no notion of what the entire script was about. “I was thrilled,” he remembered. “It was such a surreal experience for me to receive the audition and to actually book the role.” He also stated that he trusted creator Mike White completely, believing that the writing would result in something special and interesting for the audience.

Along with Jason Isaacs, Schwarzenegger chuckled over the surprises of the plot, confessing he hadn’t actually watched the episode yet but thought it would create buzz and be “really very White Lotus.”
