Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chum Darang and actress Priyanka Setia recently took a spiritual turn in Nepal, posting serene images from their trip to the revered Pashupatinath Temple on Instagram. The two shared an intimate peek into their serene sojourn with culture, faith, and tradition.
Snapshots of Serenity and Spirituality
Chum shared a series of visually stimulating photos of their trip. One was of the two actresses wearing traditional clothes, standing in front of the stunning entrance to the Pashupatinath Temple, both of them with a red teeka on their forehead—a symbol of blessings. Another photo featured the two actresses posing in front of an elaborately carved wooden structure, possibly at Kathmandu Durbar Square, an ancient and artistic complex in the capital.
More photos showed the temple complex lit up at dusk, and a beautiful sight of Pashupatinath Temple’s golden spire shining against the evening sky. A bright photo of prayer beads and traditional necklaces gave a splash of color to the spiritual feed.
Chum captioned the post: “Love and light to all….Jai Pashupati Nath.”
A Sacred Setting with Rich History
The Pashupatinath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva in his Pashupati avatar, is one of the most sacred Hindu pilgrim sites. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979 and still draws spiritual travelers from all over the world.
