Comedian and entertainer Munawar Faruqui is celebrating his 33rd birthday on Tuesday, January 28, with love pouring in from fans and loved ones. Leading the celebration was his wife, Mehzabeen Coatwala, who took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message for her husband.

Mehzabeen shared a mushy photo shoot of the lovebirds during one of their outings, in which she has caught a beautiful romantic moment with her beau during the sunset on a beach. Munawar looked stylish and dashing wearing an all-white outfit, and Mehzabeen was a stun in red attire. The lovebirds were head over heels for each other as Munawar holds her close, flashing his winning smile. “Happy Birthday Hubby,” reads the caption, attached to a heart emoji, above the photo Mehzabeen posted.

Munawar and Mehzabeen married in a small family gathering on 26 May, 2024. Wedding day photos depicted how the newly wed couple enjoyed each slice of wedding cake as it was made available for cutting. Hina Khan was quoted to have matched the two in a recent media report. One source mentioned that Mehzabeen was introduced by Hina, who arranged her to do makeup at an event as Munawar was her fan.

Their connection mushroomed and produced a fairytale wedding, which Hina is reported to have attended as a special guest. Before marrying Mehzabeen, Munawar was married to Jasmine and has a seven-year-old son, Mikael, from his first marriage. Munawar first opened up about his son during his stint on Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. Speaking candidly, he said, “The best thing about my life is my son. He is 5 years old and stays with me.”
