In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 20, Isha Rikhi found herself in an unexpected conversation about rapper Badshah after Yung DSA made a reference to the singer while talking to her. Yung was using the word ‘Badshah’ in the sense of a king and asked Isha, “Badshah nahi hai tumhara bhai?” However, he was unaware that Isha had previously been married to the singer rapper Badshah. The unexpected remark led Isha to clarify her connection with him.
“Bas yeh hi nahi bola karo, baaki sab theek hai (Just do not say this, rest everything is fine),” Isha told Yung. She then revealed that Badshah was her ‘ex’. Yung appeared surprised and said that he had no idea about their past relationship. The conversation has since attracted attention on social media.
Isha Rikhi and Badshah had reportedly been married for five months before announcing their separation. On September 1, the former couple released a joint statement confirming that they had decided to part ways. They also requested people to respect their privacy and avoid further speculation about their relationship.
“I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship,” the statement read.

Isha had also spoken about her separation during the Bigg Boss 20 premiere. While discussing the difficult phase of her life, she became emotional and explained how she had once wanted to get married and settle down.
“I tried really hard because I wanted to get married and settle down. But some experiences change you. I think when your trust is broken in certain relationships, you reach a stage where you start wondering where you went wrong. But whatever I faced, I don’t want to talk about it. I didn’t even realise when I became a side character in my own story. But I don’t have any regrets,” she said.
Isha further explained why she decided to enter Bigg Boss 20 and spoke about her wish to build an identity of her own.
“I am coming to Bigg Boss so that I can step out of that shadow and create my own identity. People should get to know the real Isha, and I want to win the show,” she added.
