Television actress Simple Kaul, best known for her roles in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and Shararat, has announced her separation from husband Rahul Loomba after 15 years of marriage. The actress described the split as a mutual decision, handled with maturity and mutual respect. “It’s very recent. It is mutual and we are very mature humans. We’re more than family. It just doesn’t go in my head that it is done because so many years of my life I’ve known this person,” she shared candidly.
Choosing Love and Positivity
Despite the end of her marriage, Simple stressed that her outlook on life remains filled with love and positivity. “I live with love, and I walk through my life with a lot of love, a lot of happiness, and a lot of spiritual awareness. This is how I live,” she said. The actress did not reveal the specific reasons behind the separation but has previously spoken about the challenges of a “long-distance marriage.” Rahul, who spends much of his time abroad, often lived apart from Simple, though she had once said their understanding and bond remained strong.
The couple tied the knot in 2010.
