Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal are currently working on their upcoming horror-comedy film Bhooth Bangla, which is being shot in Jaipur. On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, both actors shared a heartwarming moment as they were seen flying kites together on set. Akshay posted a video on his Instagram, where he and Paresh are enjoying the festive activity, sharing laughter and good vibes.
In the caption, he wished fans for various festivals: “Celebrating the vibrant spirit of Makar Sankranti on the set of #BhoothBangla with my dear friend @pareshrawalofficial! Here’s to laughter, good vibes, and soaring high just like the kites! And sending my best wishes for a joyous Pongal, Uttarayan, and Bihu.”

Paresh, in traditional attire, sat beside him. The picture sparked curiosity among fans, and Paresh wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “A Shining star enjoying Winter Sun at Jaipur with Mr FIT @akshaykumar on the shoot of BHOOT BANGLA!” Akshay responded, saying, “It is an amazing day on set…good weather and great company.”
The film is expected to include several outdoor shots at prominent locations in Jaipur, offering a rich cultural backdrop. Bhooth Bangla promises to deliver a unique mix of thrills and comedy, focusing on the haunted house genre with a comedic twist. Along with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, the film also features Rajpal Yadav. Produced by Ektaa Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, the film is slated to hit theatres in April 2026.
