Alia Bhatt’s upcoming film Alpha, part of the YRF Spy Universe, is generating significant excitement. This project marks her entry into one of Bollywood’s largest cinematic universes and promises a thrilling experience. Currently, Alia is filming an intense action sequence with Bobby Deol, who plays the antagonist.
According to report, Alpha began shooting in early July at YRF Studios in Andheri, with an elaborate action scene featuring Alia. The production then moved to Film City, Goregaon, where Alia and Bobby are filming a major action sequence, known for its blood, gore, and brutality. In this scene, they engage in hand-to-hand combat and use weapons. Alia is dressed in a black outfit with a gun strapped to her thigh, while Bobby sports a salt-and-pepper beard and cropped hair.
Alia, who previously showcased her action skills in the American film Heart of Stone, is pushing the envelope further in Alpha. Multiple action choreographers have been hired to ensure each fight sequence stands out, including Casey O’Neill, known for his work on Top Gun: Maverick and Jawan. To prevent leaks, producer Aditya Chopra has implemented tight security, with nearly 100 guards securing the set during the four-day shoot.
Directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha is one of the most anticipated films in the YRF Spy Universe, alongside War 2, Pathaan 2, and Tiger vs Pathaan. In addition to Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol, the film features Sharvari Wagh in a significant role.
