The living legend of Indian cinema Amitabh Bachchan makes his debut as an actor in a fiction series on Indian Television. He will play the lead protagonist in a finite fiction series that will go on air this year on Sony Entertainment Television. The show will be co-produced by his production company Saraswati Creations in collaboration with Endemol India.

Helming the show will be ace film maker Anurag Kashyap as the Creative Director. He will lend a special creative language to showcase Mr. Bachchan’s supreme talent. Working with the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, Sony Entertainment Television will once again reinvent the television space in India, by giving the small screen a first-of-its-kind finite fiction series showcasing an explosive combination of the finest industry talents ever.
An enthusiastic Mr. Amitabh Bachchan said, ”I am delighted to be a part of this venture.”

Interestingly, Amitabh Bachchan did a small part in Anurag Kashyap’s segment in BOMBAY TALKIES.
