When I say that, I mean that I’ve built the world of the film around him, ensuring he is presented in the best possible way. The world he comes from is so intriguing that most efforts went into getting that right.”
Sarpotdar also dismissed rumors about Malaika Arora’s involvement in the film, clarifying, “Malaika’s appearance is limited to her ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ dance in phone footage held by one of my characters. Beyond that, you will not see her. Malaika is not in the film. In ‘Munjya’, my Munni is different.”
