Neeraj Pathak: I won’t make any film without Sunny Deol

Director Neeraj Pathak has joined the likes of Karan Johar when it comes to sticking by the side of their favourite heroes. While Karan Johar has always claimed that he would never make a film without Shahrukh Khan and would always have him as a part of his projects, whether as an actor or a co-producer, even Neeraj isn’t willing to let go of Sunny Deol‘s side. The duo has worked in RIGHT YAAA WRONG and would now be reuniting for BHAIYYAJI SUPERHIT.

“I have told Sunny that till my last breath, whenever I would make a movie I would offer it to him first. After that it would be his choice whether he wants to make them or not. My association with him goes back to APNE which was written by me. Later when I decided to turn director, he was the one who gave me a break. He has supported me and believed in my vision. Now that matters a lot,” Neeraj gets a tad emotional here.

CHECK OUT: Sunny Deol becomes actor…finally!

Continuing in the same vein, Neeraj adds that his association with Sunny is more personal than professional. He says, “We share a great bond. I love him as a person while he takes care of me as a younger brother and friend. I have all relationships included in just one relationship, be it as a friend or a mentor.”

Starring Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Ameesha Patel as the other leads with Mithun Chakraborty along with Prakash Raj, BHAIYAAJI SUPERHIT is slated for release early next year.
