Sikandar is a political action thriller that explores themes of fate, power, and justice. Sanjay Rajkot’s journey takes him to Mumbai, where he struggles but ultimately regains control over his life and circumstances. The film’s gripping trailer also features a powerful dialogue by Salman, which draws a parallel to his own real-life situation: “Bahut neta jail gaye hain, abhineta bhi,” he says, setting the tone for the movie. Salman Khan’s Sikandar marks his return to a lead role after 16 months, following Tiger 3 (2023). In this film, he is joined by Rashmika Mandanna, who plays Saisri, and Sathyaraj, who portrays Minister Pradhan. Rashmika’s involvement in the film has added to the excitement, as she is currently riding high on the success of Animal (2023), Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024), and Chhaava (2025). The film’s cinematography is handled by S Thirunavukarasu, with editing by Vivek Harshan, and music composed by Pritam.
