The actor, Saif Ali Khan, made his first public appearance after he was hurt while trying to apprehend a robber at his Bandra residence. He featured at Netflix’s big event in Mumbai, during which he announced his new movie, Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins, along with actor Jaideep Ahlawat.
Wearing a cast on his arm due to multiple surgeries at Lilavati Hospital, Khan kept visible a neck scar from the incident. But this did not deter him from showing his signature charm and humor, in which he looks forward with much excitement to this film.
“It’s very nice to be standing here in front of you. it feels great to be here. I’m very excited about this movie,” Khan said, placing a hand on Ahlawat’s shoulder. The film, a Netflix original, promises an adrenaline-fueled experience, following a jewel thief hired to steal the world’s most elusive diamond, The African Red Sun.
According to doctors at Lilavati Hospital, Khan suffered two injuries on his arms, one on his neck, and another near his backbone. Cheers to the actor and his unbelievable bravery and quick thinking during the robbery incident that has generated appreciation both from his fans and colleagues.
The movie Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins is scheduled for release on Netflix soon, filled with twists, chaos, and unexpected alliances.
