Nikhil Nanda’s dark secret! Amitabh Bachchan’s son-in-law booked for fraud and abetment to s*icide

Escorts Kubota Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Nikhil Nanda has been booked in a fraud and abetment to suicide case in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district. The case was filed at the Dataganj Police Station following a court directive. Reports suggest that multiple executives from a tractor company have also been named as accused in the matter.

Case Background and Allegations
The complaint was lodged by Gyanendra, a resident of Papad Hamzapur village, whose brother, Jitendra Singh, previously ran a tractor agency, Jai Kisan Traders, in Dataganj with his business partner, Lalla Babu. However, after Babu was imprisoned due to a family dispute, Jitendra was left to manage the business alone.

According to the complaint, Nikhil Nanda and several other company officials allegedly pressured Jitendra to increase sales, which led to severe distress. The accused include:

Ashish Baliyan (Area Manager)
Sumit Raghav (Sales Manager)
Dinesh Pant (UP Head)
Pankaj Bhaskar (Financier Collection Officer)
Amit Pant (Sales Manager)
Neeraj Mehra (Sales Head)
Shishant Gupta (Shahjahanpur Dealer)

The complaint states that the company threatened to revoke Jitendra’s dealership license and auction his property if sales targets were not met. Family members claim that the pressure escalated, and on November 21, 2024, a group of company officials visited Jitendra to demand higher sales. The next day, on November 22, 2024, he took his own life.

Court’s Intervention and Investigation
Jitendra’s family alleges that the police initially did not take action, prompting them to seek legal intervention. After the court stepped in, a formal case was registered against all accused.

Jitendra’s father, Shiv Singh, stated, “I don’t know who Nikhil Nanda is. We just want justice.” Meanwhile, Dataganj Police Station in-charge, Gaurav Vishnoi, confirmed that an investigation is underway
