Wrestler-Actor Dara Singh, was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute in Mumbai on Saturday evening after a cardiac arrest, is still in a very critical condition, said doctors on Tuesday.
Doctors attending on him on Tuesday said his condition is ‘still very critical’ and has been put on ventilator support and undergoing dialysis.

“Dad will be kept under observation for at least 24 hours. Though he is being treated by great doctors, prayers are needed,” Vindu said.
Farah Khan and Omi Puri also visited Dara Singh’s family in hospital. Said Farah, “I want to remember Dara uncle as a robust fighter, healthy and strong. So, I didn’t go inside to see him but I met his family and came back.”

Om Puri said, “I met his family. Nobody is immortal. Sabko ek na ek din jana hee hota hai. Ab jo bhi hai sab bhagwan pe hai.”
Meanwhile, Dara Singh’s native village Dharmoochak near Amritsar is praying for his recovery. Residents of the village are praying at a Hanuman temple for him since Sunday.
“The news is not good but we are hopeful and are praying to Lord Hanuman, he will be well soon,” said Dara Singh’s nephew Baljit Singh Pehelwan was quoted by a daily.
