Ranbir Kapoor may have taken long to bounce back in the Bollywood industry, but he made sure to do it with a bang! Right after creating mystery in ROY, Ranbir Kapoor now comes back in a tough look for BOMBAY VELVET.

Reported, Ranbir has shot some cage-fighting scenes in this Anurag Kashyap romantic thriller for which he went through intensive boxing coaching. And the teaser image plays on his edgy avatar in the film.
Ranbir plays the character of the risk-taking daredevil Johnny Balraj, who rises from the underbelly to become a big shot. Anushka Sharma plays his love interest in the film and Karan Johar will be seen playing a negative role.
BOMBAY VELVET, produced by Fox Star Studios and Phantom Films releases on 15th May 2015.
