Actually during his recent Noida visit Emraan Hashmi confirmed what is well known by now, and that is, he has a paunch in SHANGHAI (as per his character of Joginder Parmar) and had to gain 3-4 kg after getting rid of his six packs.
Quite interestingly, the case was just the opposite with Pitobash, who revealed that he had to lose almost 10-11 kg weight for his character Bhaggu in SHANGHAI.

Pitobash also told us, ”SHANGHAI is basically about innocent people from small towns, who find happiness in rudimentary things and events and how their innocence is exploited when they come to big cities. You will understand when you see SHANGHAI, where I play one of the principal characters.”
