B-town is obsessed with fitness. Every actor is good looking and strives hard to be fit. Just recently there was a short film ‘Quaker’s Fuel For The Real Fit video’ which is shot by a school teacher. Many prominent actors are R. Madhvan, Rana Daggubati, Disha Patani and many more spoke about the video.
R Madhavan, has been the talk of the town for his leaner, fitter look which he is seen sporting in his latest runaway success VIKRAM VEDHA. However, the actor-producer-writer says ‘real fitness’ to him is beyond just the physical quotient! He took to his social media handles to speak about his ideal definition of fitness. Much to the surprise of his fans, it was not what they expected! For their favourite ‘Maddy’, the definition of real fit is his teacher Bhanumathi Neelakantham, who taught him that energy and determination is what really counts at the end of the day. In his post, he spoke about her infectious energy and her fun-filled attitude which she brought to the classroom.
Inspired by Quaker’s ‘Fuel For The Real Fit’ video which features the life of a playschool teacher, R Madhavan then wrote about his idea of real fitness and even tagged his buddy Rana Daggubati in the post. He wrote:
Thanks for tagging me Disha Patani. From RHTDM to Vikram Vedha, there have been phases in my life when my focus on physical fitness went up and down, just as we see ups and downs in life. But what keeps one going is passion. It’s not just about hitting the gym everyday, it’s about having the energy and determination to push the boundaries in all you do. And I learnt that from my teachers at school too… I salute Bhanumathi Neelakantam our Chairperson at school as my Real Fit hero! She brought so much energy and fun to the classroom and school every single day. To me, that is real fitness.
Rana Daggubati, watched the video and spoke about two of his ‘real fit’ icon his buddy, mentor and famous Tollywood actor Ajith Kumar. He praised his actor friend and spoke about his phenomenal acting skills and his dedication towards work. Speaking about how Ajith goes beyond his call of duty every day, he was reminded of his friend after watching the video. He even went on to tag popular youth icon Tiger Shroff.
Rana Daggubati took to social page to write:
Thanks for tagging me R Madhavan! People often ask me about my physique and about my fitness regimen, but who is Real Fit to me, a friend and mentor, Ajith Kumar, who is a phenomenal actor and someone I admire for his dedication. It’s that grit to go on and on. To go beyond the call of duty every day. That's Real Fit. Love this film on #FuelForTheRealFit from Quaker India that reminds me of my friend.
Tiger Shroff – who's yours?
Disha Patani tagged Rana in her own reminiscent post about her teacher! This chain reaction was sparked off by Chef Vikas Khanna first spoke about his teacher after having watched Quaker’s newest film ‘Fuel For The Real Fit’ which showcases the life of a playschool teacher. The film walks you down the memory lane and showcases how your playschool teacher did so much more to add an element of fun to your learning. The film makes you understand that your teacher was made from nothing less than the ‘real fit’ gene. It defines ‘real fit’ as those young Indians who do regular jobs like a teacher or a doctor, and effortlessly multi-task each day.
