Pawan Kalyan, a prominent actor and politician, has taken on the role of Andhra Pradesh’s deputy chief minister. In his commitment to the welfare of his state, he has undertaken an 11-day fast known as Varahi Deeksha, starting on June 26.

This fast is a devotional practice where he worships Goddess Varahi Ammavari, adhering to strict rules including consuming only satvik food, sleeping on the ground, and remaining barefoot. Pawan’s dedication to this ritual highlights his spiritual devotion and determination to work for the prosperity and happiness of the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Pawan Kalyan is well-known in the Telugu film industry, debuting in 1996 with “Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi.” He has starred in several hit films such as “Tholi Prema,” “Gabbar Singh,” and “Attarintiki Daredi.”

He is also the chief of the Janasena Party, which he founded in 2014, and is a key member of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Andhra Pradesh. His political journey and commitment to social causes have garnered significant attention and support.
