The promos of KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM are on in full force but writer-director Sachin Yardi is maintaining his cool. Not one bit worried about how the film would be received by select critics, he believes that the real win lies with the paying audience who are expected to give him a thumbs-up for his risque holds-no-bar affair.
”As a director, I am concerned only with my audience. That said, I would like the critics to view the film in the light of how it has been positioned. Yes, the film is bold, risque and adult, but I don’t see why critics should turn cynical and not laugh,” reasons Sachin. ”I’m sure they laugh loud enough while watching an AMERICAN PIE!” he smiles.
