Punjabi singer Juss has come under criticism after the release of his latest song, Behgaya, with several BTS fans accusing him of copying elements from Jung Kook’s solo music videos. The controversy began soon after the song was released around 2 weeks ago, when fans started comparing it with Jung Kook’s hit songs Seven and 3D. Since then, the discussion has gained attention across social media, with many users sharing videos and screenshots highlighting what they believe are strong similarities.
The debate grew after fans posted side by side clips from the music videos online. Many viewers pointed to scenes that they felt looked almost identical. These included an argument inside a retro style restaurant, scenes filmed in a laundromat, rain dance sequences and the overall visual style of the videos. According to many fans, the similarities were not limited to general inspiration but also included the way several scenes were filmed and presented.
The comparisons quickly led to accusations of plagiarism. Many BTS fans claimed that Juss and his creative team had recreated ideas from Jung Kook’s music videos without giving credit to the original creators. As the discussion spread online, many users expressed disappointment and questioned why the similarities had not been addressed.
Several fans shared their opinions on social media. One user wrote, “This literally feels like Jungkook’s 3D and Seven MVs mixed together with barely anything original added. Did y’all seriously think no one would notice?” Another commented, “I don’t see Jungkook and his team in the credits ???? THIS IS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAD DISRESPECTFUL”. A third fan added, “But??? He didn’t even try to hide it.” Another post read, “Bro really thought he could sneak Jungkook’s seven and 3D concepts into his MV and we wouldn’t notice? 💀😭”

Some BTS fans have also tagged Big Hit Music, asking the agency to review the alleged similarities and consider whether any legal action is necessary. At the time of writing, neither Juss nor his record label has released a statement responding to the allegations.
Jung Kook began his solo career in July 2023 with Seven, featuring American rapper Latto. The song debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, reached No. 3 on the UK Official Singles Chart, and became the first song by an Asian solo artist to top the Billboard chart. He followed it with 3D, featuring Jack Harlow, 2 months later. Both songs and their music videos received positive reviews and strengthened his success as a solo artist.
Juss started his music career in 2022 with Koi Mere Warga before gaining attention with Safar. He later achieved wider recognition after Sunniyan Sunniyan became a viral hit in 2024. Since then, he has released songs including Mera Mann, Tu Jo Mileya, Umraan Lameriyan, DRIPPY, Khulle Aasmaan and Tera Khwab. As of now, the allegations remain limited to discussions on social media, and no official action has been announced.
