Alia Bhatt and Sharvari’s spy action film Alpha continued its run at the box office with only a small improvement in collections on Day 12. Despite being one of the year’s big budget releases, the film has struggled to attract large audiences since its release. Limited pre release buzz, along with mixed to negative reviews from both critics and viewers, has affected its performance at the box office.
According to Sacnilk, Alpha collected ₹0.85 crore net in India on its 12th day. This was a slight increase from Day 11, when the film earned ₹0.75 crore net. In overseas markets, the film added another ₹0.50 crore gross on Day 12.
After 12 days in theatres, the film’s total India net collection stands at ₹55.20 crore. Based on its current pace, trade estimates suggest that Alpha could reach around ₹60 crore net by the end of its second week if it continues to maintain similar collections.

The film has also earned ₹65.77 crore gross in India. In international markets, Alpha has collected ₹26.70 crore gross, taking its total worldwide gross collection to ₹92.47 crore.
Alpha marks Yash Raj Films’ first female led spy action film, with Alia Bhatt and Sharvari playing the lead roles. Produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, the movie was released with high expectations because of its place in the studio’s popular spy universe.
However, despite its large scale production and action sequences, the film has not been able to sustain strong collections after its opening weekend. The coming days will be important in determining whether Alpha can cross the ₹60 crore net mark in India and eventually reach the ₹100 crore worldwide gross milestone.
