After the holiday, things really slowed down for the movie. The weekend collections came in at ₹19 crores, and weekday business was also down a bit. So far, within the domestic circuit, the movie has raked in ₹90 crores. Now, going by these estimates, it could end its run at ₹95 crore in India.

Internationally, Daaku Maharaaj minted $2.1 million (₹18 crore) while worldwide it amassed nearly ₹108 crore. With this, the actor Balakrishna marks the fourth consecutive film in the 100 crore club but with the box office verdict as “Average” owing to the drop in collections for the second week.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam was outperforming Daaku Maharaaj in terms of the week of Sankranti as well, affecting its collections. Though opening great, it has not maintained subsequent weeks and turns out to be an average movie.
