The celebratory poster proclaims it as “A new chapter in Kerala box office history.” Previously, 2018 had set the bar with ₹83.31 crore net in Kerala and ₹110.53 crore gross across India. Thudarum has now comfortably surpassed that milestone.

A compelling mix of emotion and mystery, Thudarum stars Mohanlal as Shanmugham aka ‘Benz’, a soft-spoken taxi driver whose peaceful life takes a drastic turn when his beloved car vanishes. What follows is a gripping journey filled with emotional twists as Shanmugham unearths a fierce side of himself in search of the truth.
