This week has three new films listed for release – KHAP, GANDHI TO HITLER and BUBBLE GUM. With SINGHAM still very strong at the single screens and ZINDAGI NA MILEGI DOBARA getting reasonable footfalls at the multiplexes all the three above mentioned films are not expected to make any impact whatsoever, except for maybe some good critical rating for GANDHI TO HITLER and some patronage for the topical KHAP in the Hindi heartland.
Last Friday saw the release of Rohit Shetty's Ajay Devgan starrer SINGHAM. The film had a super start at single screens and was somewhat lower at the multiplexes. But as we had predicted the film picked up more and more as the weekend progressed, improving even at the multiplexes, thanks to the hype and positive feedback.
